Fairway 9 4311 was described as a great value and a perfect fit for family getaways, work trips, and relaxing stays. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean, well equipped, well appointed, and thoughtfully updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Its location stood out for easy access to town, skiing, trails, the bus stop, and nearby resort areas, while also offering a peaceful and quiet setting. Guests also appreciated the stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, games, books, and easy parking, along with enjoyable access to nearby pools and sport courts.

Modern mountain decor and a winter-friendly layout make this home a great choice for curious travelers. Immediately upon walking in, you can rest your clothes and gear in the separate mudroom section of the home. Contemporary-style wood paneling and stone accents around the fireplace (and the soaking tub!) set the tone for a lovely time. Play one of the included board games and enjoy quality time together. Cook up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, or fire up the private gas grill for a smoky main dish. Enjoy it in the dining area, at the breakfast bar, or out on the private deck. The main bedroom features a workspace perfect for finishing up remote work before heading out for adventures. Of course, the private washer/dryer will take care of the gear while everyone relaxes.
Set just off the ninth fairway of the Elkhorn Golf Club, this home is in a fantastic location for exploring the wider area. Hop onto the ski shuttle just 100 feet from the condo and you'll be on your way to both Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain! The home's also only 15 miles from Friedman Memorial Airport, perfect for easy commuting. The Sun Valley Lodge, just over two miles northwest, offers numerous dining options for guests to enjoy in an après ski atmosphere.

Great location, perfect for 2 to 4 people.
Wonderful stay. Very turnkey. Just BYO speaker and streaming device for TV if that's a priority for you or your family.
The unit is spacious and has excellent access to public transportation.

For the most part everything was ok. The rental stated they had netflix streaming & TV. Their TV sucked. They didn't have TV as most people vision. 98% of things you click on need programming support installed. No local channels. The netflix streaming was not part of amount charged for this rental, you are on your own account. We purchased netflix but it wasn't good enough, had to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I forgot to state, there was no instructions for either remote to work the TV or netflix streaming
