The condo was very nice and comfortable. Vacsa service was Nil when I called them
We loved everything about it. Location, cleanliness, host responsiveness
Place was very clean, good views, friendly neighbors and the service staff were very responsive and helpful. Would go back again!
We checked in for a stay during a very hot week in Idaho. I didn't realize there was no AC, so that's on me. But, the problem was that the ceiling fan in the main area would not turn on to help us cool down a very hot condo! The fan is operated only by remote control--no wall switch, so I contacted the property manager asking if they could bring us new batteries so the remote would turn on the fan. They responded fairly quickly that they'd get someone out to get us a new battery asap. But after a full 24 hours and a very hot night, we went and bought our own battery and told the property manager to forget it. In addition, some of the dishes had to be washed before we could use them. And, one of the sinks in the primary bath didn't drain as the stopper was stuck closed. Since this condo has very large west-facing windows and no AC, I would not recommend this for a summer stay. And the property management was horrible!
We felt right at home. Easy access to free bus stop. Walking distance to downtown. Easy drive to Sun Valley for skiing.
I loved the location and amenities, however, some design elements were over the top, a bit clunky, and in the way. Still, it didn't affect our lovely stay here at silver saddle. Its totally worth it to book and enjoy!
