Ideal location next to Warm Springs Lodge! We were pleased that the con had complete furnishings and the kitchen had every appliance and cookware that you could want. Plenty of dishwasher detergent and coffee filters was a big plus. Bathroom was excellent with plenty of towels! The only suggestion for improvement would be fixing or replacing shower dial so that alternating between hot and cold handle was easier. Showers were ver on/off provided predominantly hot water regardless of moving temperature settings all the way to cold. Bedroom was fine with firm bed, lots of bedding, and large closet.We will rent the F7 unit again. Finally, we loved being so close to the free bus system serving Sun Valley. Highly recommend using the bus into Ketchum, Sun Valley, or Hailey.

Stayed 4 nights to work and play in Ketchum. Appreciated the strong WiFi, full kitchen amenities and easy parking. Quiet area away from town, but an easy drive or bike ride down the path. Was perfectly comfortable for our party of two! Note that laundry facilities are in a separate building and require $2.50 per load for the washer and the dryer, so be sure to bring lots of quarters if you plan on running loads.

The unit is showing its age. There were mice droppings on the kitchen counter, floor, furniture and window sills. Vacuum was broken and some light fixtures do not work. There is a large piece of furniture in the bedroom that serves no purpose.
