Guests found the Luxury Mountain Townhome to be an excellent, spacious retreat for families and groups. Its thoughtful layout provides private bedroom-and-bath spaces across separate levels, with comfortable beds, lovely furnishings, and generous gathering areas. The home is consistently praised as very clean, well appointed, warm, and peaceful, with a gas fireplace and a well-stocked kitchen that make relaxing and dining in especially enjoyable. The sound of the creek from every deck was so relaxing. Quiet inside, and well appointed. All around excellent.

Three story home with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Heated garage was fantastic for the winter months however be aware the clearance is fairly low at about 6’10”. Rocket box had to be removed from our midsize SUV to fit. Will use again in the future.

This is a true 3 bedroom / 3 full bath townhouse, suitable for adults, each on a separate floor. (No “kids room” with bunks or loft). This unit faces out the back of the complex, toward the creek and River Run ski area. Nice and quiet, but right off 75, and walk to town. Indoor heated garage (but note it is tight lengthwise if you have a large SUV). Lovely furnishings, plenty of space for gathering, nice gas fireplace, full kitchen, quiet end unit. Also comes with crib, high chair and toys, tucked away but accessible if you need them. There are large fans in the closets if needed. Sliding glass doors to balcony or patio on each floor - nice sounds of the babbling brook, and some cool nighttime air.

Great property with tons of space and nice amenities. Very close to downtown Ketchum. We walked in to town each day and it took about 10 min. Very enjoyable stay.
