Aspenwood Escape at Warm Springs

Location, Location, Location! Also 3 bathrooms and 3 sleeping areas made it a wonderful place to be with friends and family. We loved watching the snowcats groom the hill. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here 4 years and keep coming back. What else to say :)

Short walk to ski lifts and dog friendly. Had everything we needed.

From a September 2023 review, "Had I read reviews, I would’ve seen that people have complained about the stains and the dilapidated patios and the broken and missing screens as far back as 2020. The worse part is that the owner thanked reviewers and indicated that each item was being addressed. No. Nothing seems to have been addressed. We opened all windows to air the place out and just accepted the incoming flies that came along with no screens on many of the windows nor the sliding glass door." Ditto. Now, let me say, foe the purpose of my visit the condo worked just fine, a couple days fishing on the Big Wood River. But, broken window handles, no screens on windows or sliding doors, no patio furniture, the bottom deck was downright dangerous with boards missing and nails sticking up, broken towel racks defintiley left an impression. Upon arrival in Ketchum I texted to inquire about an early 2pm check-in insted of waiting until 4pm. Long story short, the condo was not ready until 5:15pm with no real communication to let us know what was going on. The condo has tons of potential, great location, great layout etc. but I would read the reviews and wait for updated pictures on the listing to actually confirm that issues have been addressed. Same issues from back to 2020... they can do better.

This was definitely not the best condo we’ve ever had, but also not the worst. The comments from the prior renters are definitely valid. The carpet and couch are stained, but we didn’t really care about that. We loved the layout and the view.

We loved the location, but property is fairly worn down and others in area are better for the price. It does have 3 large bedrooms and a great view of warm springs.
