Alpine Villa #18

Love the decor but it couldn’t make up for some lacking basics. We checked in after going to the grocery store and picking up (among other items) ice cream. Much to our dismay, there was a fridge with no freezer! This needs to be specifically stated on the listing because who expects that? The other issues were more minor like no bedside tables, limited glassware and weirdly one regular spoon but plenty of soup spoons

Home was cozy and decorated interestingly; located fairly close to downtown Ketchum which made it easy to walk to different locations/bus stops. Kitchen was equipped with most things for at home cooking but lacks a microwave (which would have been helpful for my copious amounts of leftovers from the restaurants in town!). During the summer it obviously gets very warm and they do have an A/C for the 1st floor bedroom but not for the 2nd floor which is where 3 of the 4 beds are located as well as the TV. Overall a good visit but lacks a few essentials that you would expect at this price.

The location is super convenient for walking to nearly everything. Very clean, well maintained and quiet property. Easy parking in the small lot

I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood just outside downtown and close to the River Trail. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the ceiling fan, shower, and immaculate cleanliness of the unit was great! Neighbors were a little too close but were friendly. Lots of parking!

I enjoyed being able to walk to town and quickly access River Run lodge and the Wood River Trail. I also enjoyed the view of the mountains from the second floor bedroom.

I almost don’t want to tell you how great this place is so we can selfishly be sure it’s available when we return, which we definitely will! Great location, so easy to get to Baldy and walk to all the shops and restaurants. Great place as well. Lots of beds, toasty fireplace and fun decor. Mahalo!!
