Outdoor enthusiasts will love being surrounded by both paved and nature trails for biking and hiking, while the nearby slopes are perfect for wintertime skiing.

This third-floor retreat boasts a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies), a smart TV equipped with a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a main-level bathroom with a new (September 2025) walk-in shower, while the upstairs loft is all about privacy with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom. High-speed WiFi is perfect for remote work or online school.

Things to Know

Golf is available to the public at the Elkhorn Golf Club after 1:30 PM, and at the Sun Valley Club all day, weather permitting, tee times recommend

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests in this unit do not have access to the Elkhorn pools and Elkhorn racket sports facilities

Cozy condo. We were pleasantly surprised at the well-equipped cooking supplies provided. Great TV, very nice shower, and toilet in the loft is a nice touch. Parking is underground in the adjacent building which is a minor inconvenience. We found out the elevator in the adjacent building worked due to a bridge between buildings. Minor request would be a box of tissues and some napkins in an otherwise great condo.

Great condo, well decorated with all the amenities! Area was beautiful with walking trails close by. Very much enjoyed my stay! Parking was a bit far with some stairs to navigate.
