Rating
Right on the lake, its quiet, clean and a large house. The only downside is the heat is about non-existent and they say you cant use the fireplace. Just a warning if you want to book for fall/winter months
Beautiful house with private lake access. Three of the bedrooms have a/c units, allowing for good temp control. Well stocked home. Would definitely book the home again!!
The house is located on the lake but it fronts on a road with several abandoned cars and other homes with furniture piled on the front porch. There are things that should be repaired or upgraded.
This home was wonderful for our family vacation! A breakdown: Inside: -all rooms impeccably clean -the upstairs rooms were hot and shook at night randomly but they all have great windows that are easy to open. -the railing on the stairs is very secure, making the stairs easy to navigate for my 80 year old mother in law. -the ladder rooms were a huge hit with the kids, very “treehouse” feeling. -the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and very clean. -bathrooms equally stocked and clean. Outside: -gorgeous views! Even if you aren’t facing the water, you’re surrounded by trees. -the dock and beach are a blast and create a natural swimming area. -it was a hike for my mother in law to get down to the water but she made it once and that was great for her. Location: -perfect! You do hear a train horn every now and then but that’s normal for the area. You’re a 5 minute drive from grocery stores and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, absolutely recommend!
