This home has room to cook big meals after days at the beach, while the comfortable loft is the perfect place to wake up with sunlight pouring through the large windows. There is also a separate guesthouse with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a second full kitchen, and a fun-filled game room in the garage with a dartboard and foosball, making it perfect for larger families. Outdoors, you'll also find a six-person hot tub and a firepit for those cool summer nights.

This home is on the Pend Oreille River, which boasts beautiful wildlife views and plenty of family fun at Riley Creek Recreation Area. The Willow Bay Marina has a beach, a fantastic restaurant, and gas available for boats, and it is located directly across the river from this home. After Dover, the Marina is the only restaurant and stop for gas on the entire 36-mile stretch of the river. A 15-mile drive will take you to Sandpoint, where you can enjoy beautiful lake beaches and all the local shops and restaurants this city offers. Schweitzer Moutain Resort is less than 30 miles away and offers world-class skiing and snowboarding.

This is the perfect place for a group to hang out and enjoy some quality time. The open floor plan allows for comfortable gathering in the kitchen, around the large table, or seated on the couch for movie night. The large windows provided ample light and breathtaking views. The shop was perfect for karaoke night. Having our own dock and water access, as well as the lovely lawn, was incredible. The beds were comfortable and having a bathroom on each floor was wonderful. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with cups and serving dishes, as well as quality pots/pans/utensils, which made family-style meal prep a delight - as well as the ample counterspace on the center island/bar. We are grateful to the owners for sharing this incredible place! It felt like we were staying at a friend/family member's house instead of a vacation rental!

Loved the location and the home. So much space for our group to spread out. Tons of kitchen items and plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Didn’t need to bring much at all! The hot tub and fishing off the dock were highlights of our stay!

Wonderful property. Plenty of space for the family to cook, play, and relax on the water. Tranquil and relaxing. The house is as advertised and accommodated our family comfortably. We traveled from TX, CA, AZ, WA and ID to spend time as a family for a Celebration of Life after our mom’s passing. A lovely place to laugh, share memories and honor her memory. Thank you!
