Main room great for family activities
The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils and spices. The beds were comfortable. A very convenient location for visiting the town of Sandpoint and close to skiing at Schweitzer. I would stay here again
Location is within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, everything you need. Train is a little noisy but we enjoyed it. It's late Fall so the water level in the creek outlet that goes into the Lake Pend Oreille is low, but the water fowl were quite active. Perfect sized place for 4 people. Not luxury but certainly clean and functional.
Local size inside was great
The location was awesome!! Easy walking distance from all of downtown. On the water for some great paddle boarding or boating. Parking with a crew cab long box pickup was a little difficult but I got it. Just wanted to be respectful of the neighbors
The building badly needs work on the exterior. The entry door lock system is awful -- it took several minutes every time we entered or exited to get the lock to work. The rugs are filthy. There is a broken handle so we couldn't open one of the windows. But the worst was finding unwashed dishes in the cupboards.
