This was my second time staying at this condo, and I absolutely love it! It's a cozy, comfortable mountain retreat and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding Eastern Sierra. The location is fantastic! It's conveniently close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and all the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Whether you're spending the day fishing, hiking, sightseeing, or exploring Yosemite, it's a great home base. The property also offers some wonderful recreational amenities, including a pool table, ping-pong, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. During this visit, with no snow on the ground, I even discovered that there are pickleball courts! It's nice to have these additional options for entertainment and relaxation when you're not out exploring the mountains. This is a cozy mountain condo rather than a high-end luxury resort, and that's part of its charm! It has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. I enjoy cooking some of my meals while visiting, so I bring a few of my own kitchen essentials, including a favorite pan, utensils, and spices. One of my absolute favorite features is the enclosed wood-burning fireplace! There's something wonderful about returning after a day in the mountains, lighting a fire, wrapping up in a cozy blanket, and enjoying a relaxing evening watching movies or crocheting. I've now stayed here for both a family vacation and a solo getaway, and it's been a wonderful experience each time. It's the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and adventures of Mammoth while still having a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to. I would happily stay here again!

The condo was nice , but unfortunately the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very soft, feeling like a waterbed, and had enormous pillows only! The headboard in the small bedroom had missing screws and was not connected well to the bed-frame. This bed made strange sounds with every movement. After the first night, we sent an email to the local manager of the condo and asked someone to come and fix this bed, but no one responded and nobody came. If someone didn't have good night sleep, he can have good days unfortunately. The kitchen has very limited glances, no wine glasses at all; very limited and old utensils.

The condo was very comfortable and the living room tv was nice and big. I wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was closed. And if you’re opening cans bring a can opener, I couldn’t find one there

This unit flooring & rugs were filthy upon our arrival. There are NO closets and NO dressers so we improvised by hanging our clothes on the curtain rods. Additionally there is NO pantry what so ever so we had no place to store food as well. There were only 2 spoons and minimal forks & knives so all of this was brought up with the property host but all we received was meaningless lip service. There was no help or solution provided so we had to fend for ourselves and resort to wearing our shoes while in the unit to avoid the filth from the floors and rugs, store our food on the dining room table and kitchen counter.

It could use an owner’s touch on a few things but overall it’s a good condo.
