The unit did not have much of a view, nothing you can do about that :). The windows were extremely dirty, the thick layer of dust on top of the refrigerator was rather disgusting. The property inside was a little tired. The dryer had a tremendous amount of lint build up even after we cleaned the filters, so clothes took a long time to dry. The duct behind the dryer filter was full of lint build up. My husband spent half hour trying to pull out the lint and clear the buildup. The baseboards throughout the house were very dusty/dirty and made the place feel unclean. The crockery and Kitchenware were old and tired, plates were mismatched and some plates were chipped. Not too many glasses either. The knives were extremely blunt and there was no knife sharpener. The trashcan drawers were misaligned and were hard to open and close. Upstairs in the den there were two drawers on the chest where the tracks came loose and so those drawers could not be used. The trim on the floor between the kitchen and living room was loose and was a trip hazard. We found two clothe irons but there were no ironing boards to be found. We were looking forward to using the jacuzzi, when we researched a place to stay photos showed pool & jacuzzi - these were under construction so we were out of luck. When I opened the closet door to hang my clothes in the downstairs bedroom there was a vacuum cleaner in there and the vacuum was full, the dust cup had not been emptied out in quite a while - it felt rather unsanitary and could just imagine dust mites creeping into my clothes - we then decided to rather use upstairs bedroom. Other than that, the place was spacious and we enjoyed each having our own vanity in the bathroom.

We found this place to have a nice amount of space, beds were comfy, place was really clean. There was some construction noise but that will be short lived. One thought, if you plan to do any cooking, consider bringing some items from home like a cutting board, silicon spatula, if you are driving consider bringing a skillet. Also things like salt and pepper, storage bags, etc. But we tend to travel and cook, so if you don't, don't worry about it!

Very Quiet Complex, Place was very clean and had everything you need to have a pleasant time.

The location even in summer is good… you have to drive a bit (5 minutes max) for groceries or bars, but you have a pool and jacuzzi local. Some kitchen items are needed (hot pads, cooking sheet) but all in all a great place to chill.

clean place, no can or bottle opener, balcony unususable and no key to access and enter building if you want to use jacuzzi or pool
