Beautiful condo! Had everything needed! We will definitely stay again.

Ideal place for a quick trip. Bathroom is nicely appointed with subway tiles and ample mirror and nice fixtures. Living area is spacious and bright with good views of the tennis area. Close and convenient to laundry, pool, sauna was a huge plus. Comfy master bed was appreciated. TVs were a good size. Pull out sofa bed isn’t comfortable and just sleeping on the sofa itself was better and less full of springs. The ceiling in the bathroom needs a little sanitizing and fresh coat of paint because it looks water damaged and mold remediated. It detracts from an otherwise updated bathroom. Deck is cute with a high top. There were only three spoons which was odd. For four people more towels are needed for showering. Kitchen machinery and cabinets were fine but the countertops are way past their prime. It was honestly surprising. Additionally the bakeware needs replacing. It’s charred and worn. The most in need of an update are the popcorn ceilings. What lurks beneath those (asbestos) is concerning. Tenants above were making a ton of noise and movement, which isnt great for a ceiling like that as it can shake loose. All in all, it’s a cozy place and I’d recommend it to others. I just think sheet rocking the ceiling would level the place up considerably. Also the bottle of body wash is wonky and the plastic is messed up.

Sunrise 8 is a go-to to stay. It is extremely cozy and feels like home. It is conveniently located near the parking lots which makes loading and unloading very easy. The space is very quiet and neighbor noises aren’t too bad.
