This lovely unit has a large green space right off the front deck providing a great view of the mountains and Mammoth Rock, which can also be seen out the patio door. There are two Adirondack chairs on the deck, along with a small propane-fired grill. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized with dishes, cookware, and silverware. The gas fireplace in the living room is a welcome amenity on chilly nights. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable, as are the twin beds in the second bedroom. The master also has a nice desk perfect for computer work or journaling. The first-floor location provides easy access just a short walk from convenient parking. Our stay included fishing at Hot Creek, on Lake Mamie, and a great day on Rock Creek Lake and Rock Creek above and below the lake (only 35 minutes away). The summer is glorious in Mammoth and the surrounding areas, with convenient access to Yosemite National Park, June Lakes, Mono Lake, Virginia Lakes, Hot Creek, Crowley Lake, Convict Lake, and Rock Creek Lake, and the Owens River. Of course, once the snow flies you are only minutes away from the ski slopes. We highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Mammoth Lakes.

#607 is clean, cozy and peaceful . We loved it for the beautiful setting it is in and for the warm vibes the owners display for the setting. Cozy insides that encourage a vacationer to appreciate and respect the owners for letting people stay in their sweet mountain condo.

The layout of the livingroom furniture was very odd. So odd, that there were multiple signs stating not to move it. lol. The chairs on the patio were locked up with a chain and couldn't be moved even an inch to avoid the sun. Sheets felt like sandpaper and I don't think they were clean. The location was great as the creek is right across the street and the tiny hottub was close by, however we never used it because it was always full. 4 small bath towels were provided for 4 people for 2 nights. I would think an extra 4 towels isn't too much to ask. It had a pretty view of the grassy shared area and a small view of the mountain which was nice. I have stayed at worse places in Mammoth but this was not a place we would return.
