The unit is about 2.5 miles from Canyon Lodge, which is a 20+ min shuttle ride. Unit is very dated with exception of cabinet updates in bathrooms. Convenient as a 4 bedroom & 3 bath, but for price was expecting a better maintained rental unit. We rented on Marriott Homes & Villas, and I would not say the state of the unit would meet the standards for Marriott’s expectations. We had a nice time in Mammoth, but unit did not meet our expectations regarding upkeep.

Place is located near everything. Very cozy and nice. Everything was great. Hot water, heater, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Unless you are desperate and have no other options, I recommend sleeping elsewhere, even your vehicle. The amenities were not well maintained and are in fact a negative that arguably are in need of inspection and could endanger your health. In addition, the residence did not have air conditioning and the master bedroom windows did not open.

This condo would be great for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The dining room table and seating in the living room could accommodate 8 easily. It is set up for skiing with plenty of hooks throughout the house for hanging coats and equipment. There is also a shuttle stop right outside the complex. Condo has all the cooking utensils you need and well as dinnerware. The place is clean and well kept up considering the age of the complex. Love the vaulted ceiling and view from the living room. Also loved the jacuzzi and sauna located near by. Would definitely rent again in the future.
