Four of us shared this condo for 3 nights, enjoying a 3-generation adventure to Mammoth. We were there during a storm and the grounds crew were incredibly attentive, plowing the road and clearing the walkways quickly and regularly. The location was perfect, only about a mile from Eagle Lodge, and right on the bus line around town. We utilized the hot tub and sauna, which were great! And the condo itself had all the amenities we needed for cooking and relaxing in the unit. Bonus: the TV mount is adjustable so we could watch the Olympics while cooking, eating, and doing puzzles at the dining table.

The photos are deceiving- the place is basically worn out and sort of neglected. Low hot water pressure in the showers, peeling paint and plaster patches, insufficient number of utensils ( bring your own ), pots, pans, and plates in pretty bad shape. We had to run the wall heaters on high because the place is drafty due to bad windows and poor front door seals. Don’t touch the blinds, not operable and filthy.
Parking extremely close to front door. Entry at parking lot level. HOA supplied items (spa, common room with games, pool, ping pong, foosball, cooking, refrigerator etc.). One downside for the owner to correct (to save on their water costs) is first floor toilet tank innards leak after flushing, and require maintenance to save extreme water costs (if not corrected and/or renter being a good guy and correcting after each flus
First of all, when we arrived there was no bldg # or unit number attached in our instructions. Then when we finally find the unit, there is 4 feet of snow piled up from the street all the way to the front door, no way to access the condo. We had to knock on a random door and borrow a snow shovel and shovel it ourselves, exhausting. Once we get inside, pictures online are far better than actual place. Condo needs an upgrade, furniture, kitchen, etc.. No firewood for the wood burning heater, you have to go buy your own. Complete dissapointment upon check in. Once settled, condo is plenty warm with wall heaters so we never needed to use the wood burning heater. As mentioned in other reviews, terrible water pressure in both showers. On the bfight side, condo is spacious and cozy, but definitely not worth what they are charging per night.
This was one of the nicest properties I've stayed at. Super clean and somewhat new nice furniture. There were clean towels and new hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, and plenty of shampoo, condittioner, and body wash.
