It was a place to stay. The heater in the main area didn't work so we had to negotiate for firewood each night.

Wasn’t exactly enjoyable, unfortunately. After not being able to arrive the first night as the roads were closed, we arrived Xmas to a very cold condo with a broken wall heater. Maintenance came but said it was broken. The hot water only worked for 10 minutes, so showers couldn’t be taken. Cleaners knocked on the door before we’d even checked out. Definitely not worth the money spent overall.

Staying in Mammoth during an unexpected late snowstorm, the heater in the living didn’t work, the blower in the wood burning stove didn’t work, and the dining room heater was posted as broken. After texting and messaging through the app I expected someone to come and help get the heater working. I followed the directions in the unit and also sent pictures as requested but their AI-based "customer service" told me that someone would call. Hours went by before I finally followed up and was then told it was too late to send someone out. It was freezing in the condo our house entire stay. So disappointing.

Place was clean and good as a cheaper option for a home base for skiing. Bunk beds are small (as shown) and uncomfortable but if you just need a place to sleep overall it was pretty good.

The unit itself is nice enough, but the fixtures needed some maintenance. The accessibility of this unit as it relates to the complex is limited when it snows, especially because it is not adjacent to any parking.
