Nicely appointed condo, with 6-8 min walk to Eagle lodge (without ski boots), reserved parking spot in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked. The place took many hours(6+ hrs) to heat after checking in, but the staff gave us extra blankets to make up for it. One of the nicer units that we have stayed at over the years in Mammoth. We would stay here again.

Close vicinity to the golf course and lifts . Do not recommend it for winter occupancy and people that have an issue with the significant amount of stairs outside and inside the condo .
