This is a beautiful property. The location is perfect for hiking and golf. It is also within walking distance to Safeway and restaurants. A bus stop is nearby. The only item to be aware of is that the 1 bedroom option is the smaller guest bedroom and smaller bathroom. Also, the bbq grill was removed due to HOA rules. We will return to the unit in the future.

The hard product of this condo is amazing. The furnishings, appliances, and decor are all high end, there probably isn't a piece of furniture that costs less than $200. It was nice having a single car enclosed garage, full size washer/dryer (soap for 1 load is provided but no dryer sheets), and gas stovetop. The shared complex hot tub was right across the street and the back porch has a great view. This unit truly felt like I was staying in someone's everyday home that was well taken care of, not a vacation rental that is beat on by renters. The one blemish about this property is the cleanliness which was definitely sub par for the price. There was a bit of debris on the floor and a dirty plate was put away in the cabinet. I would say these things are minor. The main reason why I only give this property 4/5 stars is because the bedsheets had some old stains and an extra pillow in the closet was dirty. These issues weren't enough to call and complain about during the rental, but for $400 a night, I don't think they should occur at all.
