The small condo was perfect for our needs! The condo was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. It was conveniently located so it was easy to move around Mammoth and even walk if we wanted. Definitely on the favorites list!
The unit is a great location, ample in size, but a bit dated and needs better cleaning. While it’s understood, it may not be a primary residence and more of a rental and the owner is receiving full profit, there should still be emphasis on cleanliness to ensure the description in the pictures match the experience.

The location is fantastic. The property had all the necessary amenities and everything was very clean.
This place was great! Close to everything, easy to find. Cozy and just enough space with tons of storage to put everything away. My family(3) really liked this place. Quiet and easily accessible to everything. So happy we booked this place.
This condo was very comfortable, nice and cozy. I loved the pellet fireplace it was nice when relaxing after a day’s activities. It was well equipped with everything you need and very convenient to parking. I would stay here again.
