Overview
Offering enough space for 10 guests, this townhome is an ideal option for an exciting weekend getaway. You can easily go skiing while staying at this townhome because it's only 100 yards away from a local ski destination. The view is excellent from the property's deck, which overlooks a valley, the Sherwin Mountains, and the nearby town of Mammoth.
The main living area is elegantly designed and includes plenty of plush, comfortable furniture pieces. Everything is strategically arranged around the fireplace, so staying warm after skiing isn't a hassle. As the sun sets and the fireplace heats the space, everyone can admire the scenery outdoors because the furniture is positioned next to a glass door that leads to the deck. A television, DVD player, CD player, and other media devices are found in the living area, so your family will stay entertained long into the night.
In the kitchen area, there is a microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. A long counter surrounds the main cooking and prep space, and there are four stools near this counter for guests.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and both spaces have a queen bed and access to one bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor also has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. In the loft, there are two twin beds, a sofa that transforms into a bed, and a bathroom.

By riding Little Eagle Express, you can scope the entire area on the lift that travels over Sherwin Range. A very comfortable property with well-designed spaces. Excellent location. We loved the view.
I really love this property. it had an amazing view, well stocked with cooking utensils and other supplies. Very close to shopping centers like Vons, grocery outlet, fishing stores and restaurants. It’s one of my favorite places to stay.
We always love staying in Mammoth and the June Loop area. This property had the accommodations we needed for our family of 9. The view was beautiful, and the locations was great. It had a private garage & additional parking directly in front of the property which was a huge plus. It was clean and had all the usual amenities needed. It is a bit outdated. The main living room's windows are broken and hard to open. The carpets need attention and should be removed from the bathrooms, especially around the showers. The primary room & bathroom's outlets didn't work, along with the door locks. The sofas could use a cleaning, and the leather armchair is a bit worn and should be replaced, we had to place a sheet over it so it wouldn't rub our head when leaning back. The 3D pictures did show a hot tub off the primary room's deck, but there was not one, so grandkids were disappointed. Overall, it was fine, we made do and enjoyed beautiful Mammoth!
Thank you for an amazing stay! When we brought up an issue it was handled within an hour! Beautiful view easy to access we will be back
This place had a good location and plenty of space for 2 families- it’s affordable however run-down but if that doesn’t bother you then great - the beds are still not upgraded and were a bit rough but we were just grateful to find an affordable place . The showers felt amazing !
The house had mice (mousetraps on arrival were the first clue). Windows latches were broken. Kitchen did not have cooking basics (limited pots, pot lids, no potholders, etc). The unit was not really ski-in/ski-out. It was large and accommodate our group, but I would not recommend.
