This house is historically one of the first homes built in Montreat, back in 1903. You will have your own taste of local history while staying here! Off of the living room is the formal dining room with an exquisite dining table that is just perfect for family meals. Adjoining the dining room is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! When it comes to entertainment, this home doesn't miss! Find a secluded game room with a Ms. Pac-Man video game as well as a smart TV and board games located under the seat cushions on the bench. There is a washer/dryer and a full bathroom attached. Homey rooms await you for a good night's rest - the kiddos will especially love the decorated bunk rooms. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
