My friends and I love the cabin and riverside property, it is wonderful and a good price point.

Amazing river view!!! Easy access to dillsboro and Sylva. If you are looking for a secluded place this one does have neighbors and two roads very close.

Loved the location, but furniture could use some updating

The location was great. Close to stores and restaurants. The cabin was clean. We really enjoyed the river view while drinking coffee in the mornings and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was not reliable, especially on the deck but part of the reason to go on vacation is to disconnect so it wasn’t a huge deal to us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Check-in was smooth, and the riverfront location is truly the highlight—peaceful views right outside the door. The newer beds in the second bedroom and the artwork throughout the home were nice touches. Unfortunately, the property itself needs significant upkeep. The master ceiling looked like it could collapse at any time, which made the stay feel uneasy. The bathroom is extremely small, the linens were musty and worn thin, and the vegetation around the entrance made coming and going VERY difficult. On top of that, the oven light appears it is on the entire time, which is the first thing you see entering, and even the toilet paper felt like it was half-ply. Overall, the location on the river is wonderful, but without meaningful maintenance and updates, the comfort and neglect maintenance of the home fall short.
