We enjoyed our stay at Bryson Chalet! It was nice and quiet, very secluded! The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. The water gets hot fast and the upstairs shower was truly wonderful, amazing water pressure! NOTE TO PARENTS WITH MOBILE INFANTS/YOUNG TODDLERS!!! This home is NOT small child friendly. I wont take stars away from this home because of it, as it isnt technically advertised as child friendly, but if you have small children/napping children/new to walking children, I would pause before booking. Sound travels like crazy in this home! While upstairs in the bedroom with doors closed, you can hear someone clear their throat downstairs. We had to stay completely silent during naptime even while on another floor. Also, the stairs are extremely steep! Very huge safety risk and we couldnt find a way to block them off. A few other safety concerns were present but manageable.
Nice 3 bedroom with beautiful views.. comfortable sleeping for 6 adults .The listing is accurate.. all or 4 wheel drive needed.. driveway not terribly long but steep
My family of 5 (two adults and three kids under 6yo) stayed for three nights the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Our kids spent the whole time hiking around the trails on the property - they're already asking to go back. The kitchen was very well stocked and had just enough space for us to cook dinner each night. We were very comfortable for the entirety of the stay and my wife and I enjoyed the the Sauna at the end of each evening. The driveway has a steep incline & turn but it was very manageable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends and family!
What a cute spot and at a great value. The sauna and fire pit are awesome on a cold night. Very quiet and peaceful, will be returning!
This was a weekend stay for a visit to Bryson City. Chalet was in great shape - clean and ready for us upon arrival. Everything worked well, home was warm and cozy and we had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. Using the sauna was an added bonus and a great amenity to enjoy on a cold mountain morning. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Bryson City / Asheville area.
Very quaint mountain home furnished nice, very clean, the views were beautiful! Would definitely rent again!
