As you step inside, the exposed wooden beams and log walls create a rustic ambiance, while modern touches add a touch of elegance. Sunlight streams through the large windows, illuminating the wooden floors and casting a warm glow throughout the space. The focal point of the living area is the stone fireplace, offering both literal warmth and a homey atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is sure to please the group chef as they prepare hearty meals. For those who want to catch up on some remote work, a desk and chair are available to use. Though it may be tempting to stay indoors, the furnished patio and the surrounding outdoor space are perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying peaceful moments surrounded by nature. Lounge blissfully as the grill sears meals to perfection, then go for a soothing soak in the hot tub. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit or on the upstairs balcony and stargaze before heading back inside to turn in for the night. THINGS TO KNOW - Two oversized beanbag chairs fold out to full-size beds and an air mattress. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

We stayed at Birds Nest during a family reunion. All adults. the cabin was clean, well supplied and very comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition. The lot is heavily wooded and very private with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We didn’t use the hot tub although it was available. Very enjoyable stay.

This house welcomes you like a hug. Walking through the front door one already glimpses the treetops through the glass in the great room. The ample kitchen and dining space, the fireplace, the decking, rocking chair porch, and fire pit all say, "Come make yourself at home." The fact that the property can accommodate friends and family further invites cozy lingering. A perfect retreat in summer or winter.

Our Thanksgiving stay at the Bird's Nest in Saluda could not have been more welcoming or comfortable! We four absolutely loved this beautifully appointed home and it was probably one of my top rental home experiences over the past 15 years! The views were amazing watching the sunset through the large A frame windows, the family room recliners were divine, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with every utensil or pot needed, the mattresses were wonderful, the bathroom showers had nice water pressure and the Mrs Meyer's soaps were a nice and welcome touch. We look forward to coming back to stay here soon!

This cabin was nicely furnished and had all that you could possibly need during your stay. Very clean & comfortable. Wound definitely recommend!

My sisters and I, along with my 88 year old mother visited Birds Nest for a family get away. The property and home are splendid, in excellent condition. We loved there was a downstairs bedroom for mom and that the toilets were higher than regular size. While there was no handicap shower, the home has grab bars for this. The place is roomy, open and inviting. We truly enjoyed the living spaces and kitchen. The natural surroundings return you to the beauty of nature and family. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and resetting. Not far from Hendersonville or I-26 - and the people in Saluda are very friendly as they treat you like family.
