Great location for our plans. Plenty of room for our extended family. Steps were a little rough for my mother, but she is 92!
Everything went smooth… which feels rare. Seems like always a hiccup at some point, but not here. Place was exactly as advertised. Recommend.
Provided a great base for our stay in the Ashville/Biltmore area. Thanks.
Two friends and I stayed for a three-day Girls' Retreat, and our three must-haves were a quiet, serene environment, a beautiful view, and a hot tub. This home met every requirement. We arrived and selected our rooms in the four-bedroom, three-bath home, and we truly enjoyed our stay. KITCHEN – Well stocked with starter cleaning supplies for the dishwasher, dish detergent, a sponge, and one load of laundry detergent. HOT TUB – Warm, clean, and the jets were magnificent. Even in the cold weather, the tub was ready for enjoyment. Bath towels were conveniently available right by the exit. Be sure to pack a metal or plastic cup since glass isn’t allowed in the hot tub area. BATHROOMS – Clean, with water that stayed hot for three women who enjoy long showers. LIVING ROOM – The couch comfortably accommodated us as we watched holiday movies, snacked, and napped. FRONT PORCH – We finally enjoyed this space on our last morning, sipping coffee and taking in the beautiful view before heading home. LOCATION – Downtown Asheville was a short 15-minute drive, and Shoji Spa was about 25 minutes away. Ingles grocery store was approximately five minutes from the house, with several gas stations nearby. Walmart was a 15-minute drive, and we ordered our groceries there upon arrival. The roads to the home were mostly highway, and entering the neighborhood was simple—just a short curve. No need for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The house, bedding, and towels were all clean. My only suggestion would be to sweep the front porch exterior to remove cobwebs. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Absolutely loved the wood-burning fire pit, the indoor fireplace and the view from the patio in October, which was fabulous
We really enjoyed the view sitting out front. Inside of the house was very clean, well organized and well stocked. Had everything we needed.
