A private path leads directly from the backyard to the lake, where guests can enjoy the private backyard dock and complimentary use of a canoe and kayaks. Spend sunny days exploring Hogback Lake, enjoying the water, or simply taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings. Back at the cabin, gather on the back porch and take in the wooded views while burgers sizzle on the gas grill. As evening falls, gather around the wood-burning firepit to roast marshmallows beneath the stars. With the lake just steps away and outdoor adventure all around, this cabin is an ideal mountain escape. Gather in the main floor living room, where a variety of plush seating provides plenty of space to gather, chat, or relax with a good book. Light the wood-burning fireplace with its stone surround and enjoy the crackling warmth. The well-equipped kitchen has all the cookware and gadgets you'll need to prepare hearty mountain meals and gather your group to eat in the dining room. The lower level family room features a TV, large leather sectional couch, and gas fireplace. For some friendly competition find a foosball and Ping-Pong table in the room off the family room. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious double vanity. Enjoy the added convenience of direct access to the back porch, where you can step outside and take in the fresh mountain air. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and TV, while the third bedroom offers three twin beds, making it a great option for children, friends, or additional guests. A full hallway bathroom is conveniently shared between these bedrooms. On the lower level, guests will find an additional twin bed along with a full bathroom, providing extra sleeping space and added flexibility for your group. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -Guests have access to Hogback Lake via a private path from the backyard. A private dock, canoe, and kayaks are available for guests to enjoy the lake. The path to the lake requires navigating stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. -The home offers the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities for $5 per person per day or $25 per person per week. This provides access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, complete gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All amenities are a short drive from the home -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet.
