Play sand volleyball at the court just across the driveway. Sip cocktails on the front patio or read a book while the kids play in the pond. You're minutes from the fine dining, local breweries, and eclectic shops of Asheville. Go for a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, or spend the day touring the Biltmore House and Grove Park Inn -- all within 15 miles. Black Mountain is also 12 miles away. This newly renovated home offers a mix of rustic-chic decor and charming original touches, while vaulted ceilings and scenic vistas throughout create an inviting vibe. Gather on the queen-size futon and love seat to watch a movie on the 55 TV. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island, while original cabinetry adds charm. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
