The Sunset Ridge
Situated on eight private acres, this secluded escape overlooks the dramatic granite rock faces of Lonesome Valley, with long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains rising just beyond. Enjoy one of the three separate gathering spaces in the home. Vaulted beam ceilings, wood floors, and a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace adorn the main living area and create an open and inviting ambiance for cozy family gatherings. Grab a group and go upstairs for puzzles and games in the loft or gather in the lower level to enjoy the electric fireplace for a movie night while utilizing the second kitchen area with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and wine fridge. The impressive main floor kitchen boasts beautiful custom cabinetry and a suite of full-size appliances. The covered front porch welcomes you to morning coffee, while the back deck comes furnished with a gas grill and lounge seating for home cookouts or casual outdoor leisure. With bedrooms and bathrooms located on all 3 levels you are sure to find a spot for everyone. Sapphire Ski Valley and a bounty of year-round activities, along with shops, gem mines, and restaurants are all within easy reach of this picturesque Carolina mountain cabin. Access to tons of awesome community amenities including a pool, tennis courts, and a sauna add even more vacation value to your stay. THINGS TO KNOW -The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

The house is spacious and well equipped. We had plenty of space to spread out so some could work and others relax. Indoor / Outdoor space was appreciated and new hot tub worked great during the cool nights
We had a perfect fall getaway at an outstanding home and appreciate the owners sharing it with us. Home was beautiful with outstanding amount of uniques spaces and amenities. Easy access to wonderful restaurants, hiking and shopping. Would return again.
The house was so peaceful and had a beautiful view, plenty of room to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the deck. The house was very spacious for the number of guests that it accommodates and we would love to come there again.
