The main level opens onto a spacious deck, perfect for grilling, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Downstairs, two cozy bedrooms open onto a covered patio for an additional outdoor retreat. Located within walking distance of private Fairfield Lake, the condo offers easy access to the natural beauty and recreation of Sapphire Valley. Guests may also choose to purchase access to Sapphire Valley Resort amenities for a small additional fee. Optional amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and access to Fairfield Lake. Inside, the open living area provides a comfortable place to gather after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the game room offers additional space for entertainment. A washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, and complimentary WiFi add convenience to your stay. THINGS TO KNOW

Sapphire Valley Resort amenities are optional and available for an additional fee of $5 per person per day or $25 per person per week. Amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, complete gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake.

This condo has partial air-conditioning on the main level. The bedrooms do not have air-conditioning.

Fairfield Lake is within walking distance of the condo.

All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

Condo in perfect location to enjoy all amenities.

We especially loved the kitchen, dining area, and living area and deck, and the bedrooms were comfortable as well. The Cashiers-Highlands area is a favorite vacation spot for our family, and this condo did not disappoint for our stay. The location is very nice; it is quiet, has views of the trees, and has a distant view of Fairfield Lake! When we weren't hiking or enjoying the outdoors, we had fun catching up in the living area, or enjoying some meals together. The well-stocked and bright kitchen had what we needed to prepare some nice meals. Our least favorite thing was the t.v., as we do not care for the streaming services. It is difficult, if not impossible, to get live t.v. on these services. We like to watch live local and national news, which is not available in this format. Our preference is cable. However, t.v. is not our top concern for our mountain stays. Thank you for the hospitality and for sharing this comfortable condo. We hope to be back!
