THINGS TO KNOW -Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, etc, may be no longer than 21 feet. -Select watercraft/boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial to Thanksgiving. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day, including: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. -This property is managed by VueStay Vacations. RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES -This property has 9 passes for guest use in the resort. Guests 11 years old and younger do not require a pass but must be accompanied by pass holding guests. Guests 12 and over MUST have a pass to use the amenities. There is not any ability to get additional passes. -Please be sure to leave the resort passes upon departure to avoid a $50 pass replacement charge.
