Things to Know
  • Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April. Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation.
  • The fireplace is not operational.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

    • You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

    Cabin was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hot tub was great and had a nice fire pit, amazing wrap around porch, and all the amenities you could want in a peaceful and tranquil getaway spot.

    While this house did have a couple of quirks (like the heat quitting on us on the second morning!), overall our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing. The perfect weekend getaway! A couple of things needed some TLC but for the most part the amenities, appliances, and furniture was very up to date, clean, and taken care of. This is definitely a place we would visit again!

    Our goal was to relax on this leg of our trip and this location let us do just that. Easy in and out, clean private hot tub, clean and comfy accomdations. Great location in a quite gated community. Easy commute to our activites in Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Old Fort, Black Mountain, Biltmore Estates, and the Parkway.
