The interior of the home is flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Settle under the common area's vaulted ceilings and warm up in front of the heat of the gas fireplace. As you tune into your favorite show on the Smart TV, the chef of your family can cook up something delicious in the gourmet kitchen! Gleaming with high-end appliances, ample meal prep space, and even a wine rack - this space makes cooking a breeze. When it's time to eat, gather together under the dining room's chandelier, or take your meal alfresco and enjoy sunset views from the West. A haven of peace and tranquility, the primary bedroom boasts its own private outdoor lounge area and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Indulge in luxurious moments of self-care while utilizing the dual sinks, walk-in shower, and marvelous corner tub. Rest assured that everyone's comfort is catered to as each bedroom is adorned with soft linens, custom decor pieces, and central air-conditioning. The perks don't end there though! Other key features of Sapphire Elegance include; knotty pine in all the right places, a library, children's items like a Pack-N-Play and games, a separate laundry room, and a downstairs family room for greater company with a poker table, TV, comfortable furnishings, and fireplace. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
