You did an excellent job. The only thing that I have to say is that the directions to the cabin could be a little more clear. The number on the mailbox to the cabin is on the backside of the mailbox and when you are traveling you can not see it unless you turn around and come back. Other than that I loved the peace, quiet and home feeling. The shower is amazing. The fireplace is warm and cozy.

The house could be a very nice rental, but steer clear of this one. The entire house is musty. Moldy caulking in the shower. The walls have mold on them. Windows don't look like they have been cleaned in the past few years. If staying in the winter, prepare to be cold the whole time. Lots of drafts and lack lusty heating solutions. There is one chair in the living room that wants to slam you to the floor as soon as you try to relax in it. Beds were okay, they at least tried to level one of the beds by stacking books under the feet of the bed frame. If you plan on cooking or doing laundry, plan to bring everything you need; salt, pepper, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent. For the price I paid to stay, I expected a much nicer home, the pictures are very misleading. So if you enjoy feeling completely ripped off, this is the place for you.

We love everything about our cabin - the convenient location close to everything we planned to do and see. And we especially loved being away from all the traffic and scurrying around. Very quiet and peaceful! We highly recommend!

We loved the location and enjoyed walking around the lake. Centrally located for visiting Biltmore, Maggie Valley, Cherokee and Bryson City. It is a mountain cabin so it does get a little damp. We liked the layout of the place. The kitchen was adequate for cooking a few basic meals there (bring everything including salt and pepper or pre-cook your meals). Overall a good experience.
