This property is an easy 8 mile drive from the Asheville Regional Airport, 11 miles from Brevard, and 12 miles from the many charms of downtown Hendersonville. Just 14 miles away, visit Dupont State Forest with its beautiful waterfalls, and some of the best hiking and mountain biking or sightsee in Pisgah National Forest, home to Looking Glass Falls, Triple Falls, and Sliding Rock. Step inside the inviting Lakefront Blue Ridge Cabin to find 15ft vaulted, wood-planked ceilings and a gas fireplace that adds a warm and welcoming feel throughout. Things to Know - The five-and-half-acre lake (stocked for fishing) is a non-motorized lake. - High-speed WiFi - NO BUSES, LARGE TRUCKS, TRAILERS, or RV's allowed at property or driven on road to home to listing. - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - - All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
