The full kitchen positively gleams with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, ample meal prep space, and a tile backsplash. When it's time to eat, gather as a family around the formal dining table. The bedrooms are equally impressive with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and warm wood finishes. An additional sleeper sofa is available if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the home's magnificent perks. While enjoying sweeping mountain views, visit the on-site Mills River Brewery or nearby Mills River Park, Fireside Golf Range, Historic Johnson Farm, Bill Moore Community Park, and Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and Crystal Store. THINGS TO KNOW -The fireplace is not operational. -There is live music at Mills River Brewery every Wednesday-Sunday. -Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
