The four of us had a great week. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, a nice dinnerware and utensils, and the large comfortable dining table. Upstairs bedrooms and baths were both comfortable and roomy, and we particularly loved the strong water pressure in the showers. Being so close to Waynesville’s downtown area was also a plus, and we all took pleasure in shopping on Main Street and also eating at the Chop House one night. You have a very nice vacation home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We had a family retreat at this home and we were all very comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The mountain view is beautiful from the side of the house. The house was clean and well furnished, with a large kitchen area. The house felt larger than the pictures. There is a large hill coming up to the house and a pretty steep drop at the edge of the property, so a word of caution for folks with young children. Overall, lovely home and would definitely stay there again.

We came up for a girls weekend and chose this house because we had stayed in it before and it suited our purposes again. The kitchen is well appointed and we loved the deck/porch areas for sitting out. The driveway is steep but there is lots of turnaround space at the top, which makes it easy to get back out again. We love the area around Lake Junaluska and Waynesville and this space was just what we needed for our base of operations.

We came for the Apple Festival and to visit Cataloochee Valley. Waynesville was just a short few minutes away. The view was awesome and you didn't have to travel on a gravel road for 30 minutes to see it! The home was easy access on paved roads and driveway. We were able to fit 6 SUV's in the driveway. If you're in a truck/ larger vehicle, I would cap at 4. Enjoy your stay!
