Two hours away, the world-famous Tweetsie Railroad, Beech Mountain, and Sugar Mountain ski resort await. This spacious and charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home cottage features all the comforts and conveniences of home. -Due to severe owner allergies, guests traveling with service animals, emotional support animals and pets are kindly requested to choose another property. -Laurel Park continues to recover from Hurricane Helene, and you may notice occasional roadwork or repaired areas while traveling through the community. Access to the home remains safe, and mountain roads in the area are paved, winding, and typical of the region. -The fireplace is not operational. -Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms. -No large moving trucks or trailers allowed. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - This property is managed by VueStay Vacations. -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
