Each apartment showcases historic highlights including exposed brick, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, while modern furnishings and appliances provide 21st-century convenience. Each space features its own full kitchen and a washer/dryer, making this a great choice for friends or families traveling together. Free WiFi is equipped throughout the property for web browsing and remote working. The two units can be accessed internally, by unlocking the adjoining interior door with a key that will be provided. UNIT 101 The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs is a great place to gather and unwind. A beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops overlooks the living room. The front bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, frosted windows, and substantial drapery for added privacy and a restful atmosphere. Tucked toward the back of the rental, the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a quiet space to unwind. The rental also includes two full bathrooms, both conveniently located in the common areas rather than directly attached to either bedroom, making them easily accessible to everyone in your group. UNIT 102 Furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and a TV in the living room. A small hightop table for four sits right outside the kitchen detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom is tucked away at the back of the building, offering a comfortable queen-size bed and the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom with washer and dryer. This bedroom also has its own private sitting area with TV. Located at the opposite end of the rental tucked into the interior, the second bedroom with queen bed provides additional privacy and a cozy space to unwind. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall from this bedroom. Things to Know -Access to unit 101 is street facing and ground level. -Access to unit 102 is around the back of the building and requires entrance past the patio of the local restaurant. You will be provided a code for the gate that separates the entrance area of the rental from the restaurant patio. Upon entering the building, guests will find an entry area and then 12 steps leading up to the rental. -The two units can be accessed internally, by unlocking the adjoining interior door with a key that will be provided. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -Parking is not reserved and can be metered parking on the street available on a first-come, first-serve basis or paid daily in a nearby parking garage. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet.
