For example, the main bedroom has an adjustable split-king Sleep Number bed (you can set your own comfort level), and its handmade eight-post bedframe and seating bench were crafted using trees from the house site. Thoughtful touches (including a well-equipped kitchen, blackout shades in the bedrooms, and three new Roku TVs that connect to the internet) and idyllic views ensure this is a home you will return to again and again. There are over 1.7 miles of private walking paths on the property, and it’s just a short drive to Holmes Forest or Jeter Mountain Orchard (10 minutes), DuPont Forest or Sky Top Orchard (15 minutes), and Pisgah Forest or Rock Creek Mountain Bike Park (20 minutes). Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Fire-building is allowed in the firepit only. No unapproved parties or events. This home is in a large-acreage woodland property that will naturally have insects and wildlife. Please don’t book this property if either of these are a cause of concern.
