  • The community amenity fee is $175 (subject to change), with price increases for stays longer than one month.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

    This is a gorgeous home! It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable seating areas, and it has everything you might need for a pleasant stay. We love this community and all the trails, waterfalls, lakes, and amenities. Our kids love to walk in the trails. It’s a very private and secure neighborhood. We also love to see the white squirrels in the backyard. The only reason we didn’t give this house a 5 star is because we had an issue with a lot of dog hair in the carpet, sofa, and towels. However, I’m pretty sure this can be easily resolved.

    We came to Robin’s home to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we couldn’t have had a more perfect t time! The deer who often visit the forest behind the fence are SO CUTE and the whole area is incredibly tranquil. It’s just a perfect t place to unwind. You can hike for hours and visit several beautiful waterfalls right inside the community.The home itself is very chic, stylishly decorated and comfortable with an enormous kitchen and comfy beds and linens. We grilled, we visited an apple orchard, baked pies, enjoyed the fire pit and just had a magical time. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

    We spent a great deal of time on the back porch and enjoyed all the wildlife that would come up to the fence. White squirrels, deer and even a black bear. The home was comfortable and conveniently located.

    The house is fabulous, gorgeous inside and out. Very comfortable and easy to get to from the East Gate. Very quiet area perfect for relaxing or even taking a walk on the streets nearby.
