Location, size of the house, and the space.

It was very beautiful but wood fence is weak thank God we didn't fall and dust webs are in the house

This could really be a showcase, however, the property has been seriously neglected. Paint peeling off the walks, water damage to cabinet in master bath, just to name a few and then the outside! Flower boxes and garde boxes rotting, weeds in pots and hedges not clipped. And half the outside door frame missing. Very neglected!!

Cleanliness.

In general we enjoyed ourselves; I’m guessing it was being with family. There were many specifics that should be addressed. The pots and pans were beyond disgusting! We had to purchase our own in order to cook. The only butcher knife was the most damaged knife I have ever seen. Batteries were dead in the remote. Plus there was a dehumidifier that needed to be emptied constantly—there weren’t any instructions nor prior warning of it. The beds were some of the worse ones we have ever slept. The plumbing was unusually loud. The upstairs leaked into the downstairs porch, so we couldn’t sit out there to enjoy the rain. The community pool/mini golf/tennis courts were not in walking distance. In fact, it was 5-10min drive. Hard to believe, but I’m only sharing the egregious points. The others were minor inconveniences. They was plenty of toilet paper, towels, plates, garbage bags, and it was nice surprise they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and various soaps.

Samuel Court Cabin was wonderful! It was very spacious and had lots of natural light in the main living area. It was very close to local shops and grocery stores. We look forward to returning!
