Altitude with Gratitude consistently exceeded expectations with a beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed interior that felt modern, cozy, and inviting. Guests praised the comfortable beds, high-end furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, large deck, and roomy layout that made the home feel relaxing and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The property was repeatedly described as spotless, immaculate, and very well maintained, with careful attention to detail throughout. Its location was appreciated for being convenient to Bryson City, Cherokee, the national park, and local attractions while still offering a peaceful mountain escape. The mountain scenery was a standout feature, with breathtaking panoramic views, stunning sunrises, and memorable vistas from the balcony, deck, and windows throughout the home. Guests also repeatedly enjoyed the pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, fireplace, and balcony grill, along with the quiet atmosphere and overall sense of comfort and retreat.

Guests can also head out on the fairway for an additional fee, swim in the seasonal community pool, or practice their swings at the tennis court. This beautiful, secluded condo is the perfect abode during your vacation. Relax on the sofa and watch a favorite TV show or movie. Light up the fireplace for an extra cozy time. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine together in the elegant dining area or take your meal out to the furnished deck where you can have dinner with a view of the majestic mountains. My wife and I got away for the weekend and wanted to golf. We found this place and worked out perfect. My wife was impressed with the views, quietness (we both have demanding and chaotic jobs). Overall absolutely amazing for just a weekend.

Altitude with Gratitude is a beautiful, secluded mountain escape. The condo was very clean, well-appointed and the view absolutely incredible. An excellent alternative to staying in Bryson City if you are visiting for the train as it is a short, scenic drive to town or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park sights. As other reviews have mentioned, the drive up to the condo is on winding roads with steep inclines so driving up at night is a bit more adventurous than in daylight. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful condo!

The condo itself is truly lovely—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly as pictured. The furnishings are high-end and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. I wasn’t able to give a full five stars simply because the location and parking presented a few challenges. We arrived after dark, and the roads leading through the golf course are not well lit, which made navigating a bit difficult. It’s also important to know that this unit sits at the very top of the mountain, and the last stretch of road is quite steep. For families visiting for the Polar Express experience, one helpful note: the train uses Whittier as its “North Pole.” You’ll cross the train tracks on the way to the condo, and you’ll pass by the North Pole scene again when returning. Our kids noticed this right away, and it led to some tricky questions from our oldest—so just something to keep in mind. Overall, the condo itself is wonderful, and the mountain views are gorgeous; just be aware of a few logistical considerations depending on your plans and the time you arrive.

Up on the mountain with beautiful view on the mountains in autumn colors. Super comfortabel and clean vacation home, perfect for a short vacation. Just a little too far from the amenities like sauna and/or pool (for us not an issue).

This is our second time staying here, and everything is just as great as the first! The house is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped—it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the windows are stunning. The sauna and heated pool are a great addition. We'd love to come back—this place truly feels like a home away from home!
