This darling home is set in the trees on a heavily wooded lot. Coweeta Creek is great for fishing and playing in the water - there are stairs and a path leading down to it. Watch and listen to the running water from inside the house or one of the numerous decks. Nearby must-visit attractions include the Smoky Mountain Center For The Performing Arts, Franklin Gem & Mineral Museum, and Dillard (Julep Farms and The Dillard House) - all within eight miles. This home is made up of two levels. On the first floor, you will encounter a very large eat-in kitchen with a seating area and a large pantry and utility room. It has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew. There is a covered cook deck off the kitchen with an eating area and a large four-burner gas grill with a separate cooking burner. The laundry room and primary suite are also located on the bottom floor. After eating, wind down and enjoy the provided streaming service access (including live/local channels) on one of the TVs. There is a large covered porch located off the primary suite and kitchen. There is also a large party deck just below the house with built-in benches all around it. On the second floor is the wonderful and inviting living room with a gas log fireplace and a well-appointed office in case you need to work or study from home. The guest room has a bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, counter with sink, and large sitting area. It has a separate entrance and a private deck overlooking the creek.
