This one-acre retreat offers serene Blue Ridge Mountain living within walking distance of downtown Brevard. The generous yard features amazing mountain views and comes furnished for outdoor entertainment with highlights like front and back porches, and a gas grill. Downtown restaurants and shops, the Lumberyard, and the Brevard Music Center are all reachable within walking distance of the home. Start your day with morning coffee on the covered front porch and cap it off out back with drinks and gatherings on the back deck. For a quiet moment of peace, wander down to the swinging bench and gaze out at the mountains. The gleaming full kitchen boasts all-new countertops, cabinets, and deluxe stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven. A plush sectional, and a smart TV are the perfect ingredients for family fun in the living room. The primary suite and private bathroom, plus an additional half-bath are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

    We traveled to Brevard for a wedding and fell in love with this little mountain town. We were welcomed with lights turned on and the fireplace running. The home was clean and very comfortable. The master suite was larger than what the pictures online revealed. Our dog enjoyed the big back yard and walking trail nearby. Overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable. We will return.

    The spacious Bungalow was terrific. Super-nice, spotlessly clean, and everything worked as advertised. The best part is the location: Easy walking distance to Brevard's historic downtown, including several fine-dining establishments (two of which are literally around the corner from the Bungalow).

    Great location, walkable to downtown and quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Loved the large master bedroom & bath and very nice kitchen. Enjoyed setting on the large back porch and we even had 4 deer that would come up in the yard every night. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard too. I would definitely book this place again.
