This newly remodeled (March 2022) historical home is situated in a very desirable location within Montreat - you will be within walking distance of the town center, Lake Susan, Robert Lake Park, Moore Center store, hiking trails, The Montreat Anderson Auditorium, and so much more. Other must-visit attractions include Black Mountain (two and a half miles) and downtown Asheville (18.5 miles). This house is historically one of the first homes built in Montreat, back in 1903. The rest of the entire home is made up of two levels. Kick your feet up and enjoy a tranquil evening watching TV on the large smart TV in the main living room. Off of the living room is the formal dining room with an exquisite dining table that is just perfect for family meals. Adjoining the dining room is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. When it comes to entertainment, this home doesn't miss. Find a secluded game room with a Ms. Pac-Man video game as well as a smart TV and board games located under the seat cushions on the bench. There is a washer/dryer and a full bathroom attached.
