Inside features new flooring, a stone fireplace to cozy up beside, and elegant furnishings to keep everyone comfortable. The sectional and TV will offer a great hub of relaxation, utilizing your streaming service logins. Meanwhile, the adjacent, fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island, and modern cookware. Best of all, the kids can stay entertained in the game room with a variety of indoor games. RESORT AMENITIES Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include a heated shared pool, two outdoor pools, a lazy river (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub, spa and wellness center, mini golf, basketball, and tennis courts, lawn games, and a playground. Enjoy two golf courses, Apple Valley and Bald Mountain, with dining options at Legends on the Lake, The Gardens, Bears Cup Cafe, and Eagles Nest. THINGS TO KNOW -Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, etc, may be no longer than 21 feet. -Select watercraft/boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial to Thanksgiving. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - -All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day, including: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES -Guest Passes needed to use resort amenities will be at the rental property. Please be sure to leave passes upon departure to avoid a $50 pass replacement charge.
