We had a wonderful trip and the house was amazing. It has such great views from the house and both really spacious decks. The beds are very comfortable. The two living rooms both upstairs and down stairs are really spacious with nice furniture. The outdoor fireplace outside on top deck and the fireplace in the living room were great. The location to restaurants and shopping within 30 minutes of the house are amazing. It is a perfect spot to get together with friends or family.

The house was great for our family trip. The location was close to everything and the view was fantastic.

The views from the porch definitely stole the show this week. The porches (upstairs and downstairs) are both wonderful-we spent time on them in the mornings by the fire pit. We had a house of 8 teens/adults stay the week of Thanksgiving and the home was so relaxing and welcoming. We had everything we needed to enjoy the holiday. The rooms are well stocked and clean. The 3 bathrooms are clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water for our big group too! The double kitchens were convenient and we enjoyed the fireplace and large table in the living area of game nights. Overall, we loved the home and the area. Very convenient being 20-30 minutes from multiple towns. We are already looking to book again.

For our 30th wedding anniversary, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Riverhill Ridge for a week. It was such a blessing and exactly the restful, relaxing week we needed. The house and area was perfect for us. The highlight of the house is the location. Tucked away in the woods on the side of a hill with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge mountain range rolling away into the distance. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the big back deck enjoying that view. From listening to the birds singing throughout the day, to watching the lightning bugs come out each evening, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing location. The Tuckasegee river is within walking distance from the house. (I walked to it several times throughout the week) Whether fishing for trout or just sitting and listening to the water gurgle over the stones, I couldn't get enough of the river. Our daughter and her boyfriend joined us for a few days and we spent one of those days tubing down the Tuckasegee. During our ride, a bald eagle plunged into the river after a fish less than 20 feet from us. It was magical. There are a ton of restaurants and things to do within a short drive of the house. Whether you want to shop, walk around the Biltmore Estate, dig for gems or try your luck at the casino, there is something here for everyone. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation from WCU! It was so reasonably priced without all the hidden fees of other similar companies which I shall not name. We especially enjoyed the extra amenities such as the ping pong table, darts, games including a corn hole set, gas grill and a fire pit which we didn’t have time to use it but plan on booking again for a longer stay than just a short weekend and hopefully being able to use it.
