The setting is beautiful above Nantahala Lake. A great place to hike, get out on the water, and enjoy the mountains. The house is clean with tons of natural light and a beautiful deck.

Great cabin! Lots of space, amazing location and everything you need (washing machine, dryer, all of the kitchen stuff). The only thing missing was some oil to cook with.

The decor is immaculate, the amenities are superb, the location is to die for and the attention to detail was so welcome. Loved it . Lots of things to do and not to do. The perfect retreat! I will definitely be back.

The power goes out frequently at the house, lake front is not accurate, there were a lot of bugs, there are electrical problems and many light bulbs out. The house is spacious and comfortable other than the lack of central heating and air conditioning.

The house is nice but this house needs upgrades. If you are not going to install an AC unit then I suggest that you change out all of your ceiling fans. They are old, outdated, and do not work properly. I would also suggest that you replace all of your windows screens because a lot of them are damaged or are missing allowing bugs to get into the house. The entire house was dirty. The bathrooms has not been cleaned in a very long time, which I had to clean. The description of the house is not accurate. Their was no twin bed, just a rollout. Also their were no extra pillows or linens. Not sure if the water filter in the refrigerator has been changed or not but the water was coming out dirty. Their are not 4 parking spaces for vehicles, maybe 2. Some of the curtains were not working properly and made it difficult to open so that fresh air could come in. The house is nice and it has a lot of potential but the homeowners need to do upgrades to this house.
