Amazing views and splendid home. Just needs some TLC. Particularly the outdoor furniture is in poor shape, and the ceiling fan seems to have been broken for some time. Plus, others have mentioned the on-going need for deep cleaning as well.
Firstly, our house was switched two days prior to our trip due to a plumbing issue in the previous house. This resulted in an extremely inconvenient amount of time added to our travel to the places we were going to visit in town. In fact, we were not even able to play golf because the new house put us over an hour away from the course. Then upon arrival, we found out the house did not even have running water. We contacted multiple people to attempt to fix this, but were essentially told “too bad” and that there was nothing they could do. We finally got someone out to the house to fix the problem late in the afternoon the next day. Not having running water for over a day without any support available is absolutely unacceptable from a rental property. Lastly, as an added bonus, there were actual mice in the downstairs bathroom that were coming out of the drains. Their feces were also scatted across the bathtub and the surrounding floor. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.
Relaxing, private view, in a secluded community.
Everything after we finally got in
Views were excellent and better than expected. House is a little run down and could use maintenance and updating. What has been updated needs completion. Also, a good deep cleaning is needed.
The house was great but that view was amazinggggg
